W. KENNETH, JD.

President
Teebken received his B.A. in Political Science
from University of California, Los Angeles in
1975 and his J.D. from Southwestern University
School of Law, Los Angeles in 1979. President
Teebken began practicing law in 1980 as an Associate
Attorney for Read, Miquelez & Dib in Los Angeles;
he was a Public Defender for the County of Madera,
California; he was appointed Defense Counsel for
children, including Mexican and Native American
children in Madera County Juvenile Court; and
currently, sole practitioner at W. Kenneth Teebken,
Attorney at Law, focused on Family Law, Personal
Injury, Immigration, Bankruptcy and Criminal Law.
President Teebken is an active member of the California
State Bar.
CHRISTIANNE M. LEE, DDS, RDH
Vice President
Vice
President Christianne M. Lee received her
B.A. in Psychology from the University of
California, Irvine (UCI) in 1994, B.S. in
Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern
California (USC) School of Dentistry in
1998 and D.D.S. from the University of the
Pacific (UOP) School of Dentistry in San
Francisco, CA in 2004. She was also a candidate
for a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from
the California School of Professional Psychology
San Diego Campus in San Diego, CA in 1994.
Her Professional experiences include working
for Soft Touch Dental in La Mirada, CA and
as an Associate Dentist for Muditajaya Dental
in Pico Rivera, CA. She has also worked
as a Clinical Instructor at the University
of Southern California, Dept. of Periodontology
in Los Angeles, CA.
STRINGFIELD, NOLAN C., JD
President Emeritus
President Emeritus Stringfield received
his BS from California State Polytechnic
University, Pomona, in 1972 and JD
from Western States University College
of Law, Fullerton, in 1983. He served
as Dean of Irvine University College
of Law from 1992-1994 and, then, as
University President from 1994-1998.
He is a member of the American Bar
Association and International Bar
Association. Mr. Stringfield served
as Chief Counsel to the Securities
and Exchange Regulation Group of the
Council of Ministers, Kingdom of Cambodia
Senior Counsel to the Visa Center
Legal Group in Phnom Penh, Cambodia;
and, President of the Visa Information
Center of America, Inc. Mr. Stringfield
currently practices international
business law as founding partner of
Stringfield and Associates in Stockton,
California. He is an active member
of the State Bar of California.
John Lee Y., Ph.D, Ed.D
President Emeritus
Dr. John Lee Y. has enjoyed a
distinguished career in higher education,
first as former President of American
College of Technology then as the
Irvine University’s third President
from 1998-2004. Under his leadership,
the University grew in size, stature,
and prestige. During his presidency,
his achievements included the addition
of the College of Business and the
College of Liberal Arts certificate,
undergraduate and graduate degree
programs, initiating a great plan
for international expansion.
Dr. John Lee Y.
also served as former panel examiner
for California State Personnel Services.
Dr. John Lee Y. is extensively experienced
in business management and is the
author of several books on language
teaching and methodologies.
Dr. John Lee Y. is currently engaged overseas
to establish international relations
with various schools and universities
to continue the University’s
goal towards international expansion.
