Application for Admissions

The downloaded application should be completed and returned to the Office of Admissions.
The application must be accompanied with a $30 application fee payable to Irvine University or the application will be disregarded.

Letter of Recommendation Form
Student may print out recommendation forms. The Recommendation Form must accompany each of the two (2) letters of recommendation.
The top portion is to be completed by student and the bottom portion must be completed by person recommending. If you have any questions about the letters of recommendation, please contact Admissions at 562.865.7111 or admissions@irvineuniversity.edu.
Foreign Transcripts Evaluation
If education was received outside the US, student must submit official transcripts from foreign school as well as have an approved credential evaluation service evaluate said transcripts. A list of approved credential evaluation agencies can be downloaded. Official evaluations must be submitted directly from evaluation agency to Office of Admissions.
